One of the specialty product is premium frozen half shell oyster from Harima-nada, Hyogo prefecture in Japan. The oysters are carefully selected by our manufacturer, cleansed using ultraviolet sterilization seawater and froze with special freezing machine that does not break the cell of oyster.
